Suzanne and Pete were amazing! Truly a dynamic duo that were both tremendously helpful in trying to find the right house for me. Suzanne kept me constantly updated with new listings. She was always accommodating when it came to showing me any properties that was of interest to me. Pete was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the numbers for the different properties I was interested in. He was very helpful when it came to finding which properties had the most value, and pointed out the parts of each property that could potentially result in costly repairs in the future. Both Pete and Suzanne also knew which areas were the most attractive to future renters and buyers. The treated me with respect throughout the whole process, and especially looked out for my interest as a military, first time home owner.
