I started talking to Chris Byrd well over a year ago. He has been there every time I had a question and got back to me on them fast. I am in the Army and retiring. So I am not there to see or do paper work. Working with Chris gave me confidence that I was in good hands, witch empowered me to be  able to buy a Home site unseen. Scary but he made it work with no problems. And if there were any hiccups, he had them fixed before they could ever be a problem.
