I saw a piece of property I was interested in and he was the sellers’ agent listed on the For Sale sign. I called him to express my interest but had concerns about financing the purchase. After contacting the sellers and them accepting the terms of my offer (with some negotiating), he wrote up a  contract that benefited both the sellers as well as the buyer. He kept me informed the entire time and was always available to answer any questions I had. Chris was always courteous as well as informative of the process and Santa Rosa County. He recommended other professionals I could contact who could help evaluate the property. I highly recommend Chris and will likely choose him as my realtor in the future.
