I had the pleasure to work with Chris on both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. With Chris’s help we were able to sell our home in less then 4 weeks. WOW! It was quite painless for the most part due to the thoroughness of Chris’s actions, other then the move of course…lol.  With the purchase of the new home, it was a struggle working with the builder and Chris was helpful in getting some things done. Chris even helped out with the walk through. Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the job he did on both homes.
